Application of CNC Lathe in Manufacturing

Time:2021-04-27 Views:122

This machine tool is mainly used for processing various rotary surfaces and end faces of rotary bodies. Such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, ring grooves and forming revolving surfaces, turning end faces and various common threads, equipped with processing equipment, can also process various special surfaces. Drilling, reaming, reaming, knurling, etc. can also be performed on the lathe.

The milling machine is a widely used CNC lathe, which can process planes (horizontal planes, vertical planes), grooves (keyways, T-slots, dovetail grooves, etc.), parts of teeth (gears, spline shafts, sprockets, spiral surfaces (threads) , Spiral groove) and various curved surfaces. In addition, it can also be used to process the surface and inner hole of the rotating body, and cut off the workpiece. When the milling machine is working, the workpiece is installed on the workbench or the indexing head and other accessories. The milling cutter is mainly rotated, and the auxiliary With the feed motion of the worktable or the milling head, the workpiece can obtain the required machining surface. Due to the use of multi-cut intermittent cutting, the productivity of the milling machine is high.

With the rise of my country's manufacturing industry, CNC lathe customization has been widely used in machinery manufacturing, solving the problem of complex, precise, small batch, and multi-variety parts processing. It is a flexible and efficient automatic machine tool, which represents the development direction of modern machine tool control technology, is a typical electromechanical product, and occupies a pivotal position. With the rapid development of precision machining technology and the continuous improvement of parts processing accuracy, higher requirements are put forward for the customization accuracy of CNC lathes.

In order to improve the accuracy of CNC lathes, the international standard iso230-2 or the national standard gb10931-89 is usually used to detect the position accuracy of the CNC deep hole drilling machine. For the same machine tool, due to different standards adopted, the position accuracy obtained is also different. Therefore, when choosing the precision index of the CNC lathe, you should also pay attention to the standards used. The positioning standard of CNC lathes usually refers to the reverse deviation and positioning accuracy of each CNC axis.

In CNC lathes, due to the existence of the reverse dead zone of the drive components (servo motor, servo hydraulic motor and stepper motor) on the feed transmission chain of each coordinate axis and the reverse backlash of each mechanical motion transmission pair, when the coordinate axis Reverse deviation is formed when changing. Forward movement turns into reverse movement, which is also called backlash or momentum loss. For CNC lathes with semi-closed loop servo system, the existence of reverse deviation will affect the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the lathe, thereby affecting the processing accuracy of the product. For example, in the case of G01 cutting movement, the reverse deviation will affect the accuracy of the interpolation movement. If the deviation is too large, it will cause the "circle is not round enough, and the square is not square enough"; and in the case of G00 rapid positioning movement, The reverse deviation will affect the positioning accuracy of the machine tool, and will reduce the positioning accuracy of each hole during the hole processing such as drilling and boring. At the same time, as the running time of the equipment increases, the reverse deviation will increase with the increase of the movement pair clearance caused by wear. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly measure and compensate the reverse deviation of each coordinate axis of the machine tool.
