Commissioning of CNC machine tools

The CNC machine tool is a high-tech machine tool integrating electromechanical equipment. Whether the CNC machine tool can run accurately and safely after the user purchases it is a key link in the commissioning of the CNC machine tool. The accuracy of this step determines whether the CNC machine tool can display the normal economic power and its own service life in a large program, which is of great significance to the CNC machine tool manufacturers and user factories. When the CNC machine tool is started, it should be debugged according to the following procedures.

4.1 Appearance before booting

(1) Machine tool electrical equipment Check whether the electronic control box of the machine tool is loose, such as relays, contactors, fuses, servo motor speed, control unit sockets, spindle motor speed control unit sockets, etc. If there are loose, it should be restored to normal state and must be locked. Tighten the joints with the locking mechanism, M machine tools with transfer case must check whether the socket on the transfer case is loose. If there is a locked organization, it must be locked.

(2) CNC cabinet inspection Open the door of the CNC cabinet and check various interface sockets, servo motor response line sockets, spindle pulse generator sockets, hand pulse generator sockets, CRT sockets, etc. If it is loose, it should be inserted from the beginning, if there is a locking mechanism, it must be locked. According to the instructions for checking the state of short-circuit terminals on the printed circuit board, it must be consistent with the state set by the machine tool manufacturer. If there is an error, it should be set from the beginning. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to set up from the beginning, but the user must make a record of the state of the short-circuit terminal.

(3) Wiring quality check each terminal. Including strong current and weak current, part of the terminals connected by the machine manufacturer and the connection terminals of the power cord of each motor should be tightened once with a screwdriver until the screwdriver is fixed and stopped, and the socket of each motor must be tightened.

(4) The solenoid valve should be pushed several times by hand to avoid undesirable actions caused by long-term power failure. If any abnormality is found, make a record so that it can be repaired or replaced after a power failure.

(5) Limit switch Check whether the sensitivity and fixity of all actions of the limit switch are firm. If it is found that the movement is not good or the fixation is not firm, it should be dealt with immediately.

(6) Check the buttons and switches on the operation panel. Check the wiring of all buttons, switches and indicators on the operation panel. If errors are found, they should be dealt with immediately. Check the socket and wiring on the CRT unit.

(7) When the ground wire inspection requires a protruding ground wire and the ground wire of the machine tool is measured, the ground resistance should not be greater than 1_.

(8) Check the phase sequence of the power supply according to the phase sequence table. As we all know, the power input phase sequence and power phase sequence calibrated everywhere on the machine tool should be the same.

For equipment with secondary wiring such as power transformers, it is necessary to understand the commonality of the phase sequence of the secondary wiring. Ensure that the phase sequence is accurate everywhere. At this time, the power supply voltage should be measured and recorded.

4.2 Turn on the total voltage of the machine tool

(1) Turn on the main power supply of the machine tool, check whether the direction of the CNC box, spindle motor cooling fan, machine box cooling fan, and cooling fan are accurate, stable, hydraulic and other oil mark indications, whether the machine lighting is normal, whether the fuse is damaged, and if it is abnormal , The power supply should be cut off for inspection, and the abnormal situation can continue.

(2) Measure and record the primary voltage of the power transformer of CNC and servo unit.

(3) Check for oil leakage, especially hydraulic cylinders and solenoid valves at the rotating tower, clamping, spindle displacement, and chuck clamping. If an oil leak occurs, it should be repaired or replaced with a power failure.

4.3 CNC cabinet electrical

(1) Turn on the CNC power supply, turn on the CNC power supply. Check the CRT monitor until the normal image stops. Assuming the alarm exists, we should find the problem and clean it up. At this moment, we should send a telegram from scratch.

(2) Turn on the CNC power supply, take the test terminal position given on the relevant materials, and measure the voltage at all levels. If there is an error, it should be adjusted to the given value and recorded.
