Turning and milling composite CNC machine tools are more and more widely used, and have penetrated into various industries of economic development. With the application of CNC lathes, collision accidents are not uncommon and become a common problem in the development of CNC lathes. The cost of CNC lathes is high. In the event of a collision, the tools of the lathe will be damaged. In serious cases, the accuracy of the lathe will be reduced, and some parts of the machine will be damaged or even scrapped directly. Some workers paid a heavy price for this. How to improve the work efficiency of the lathe and reduce the collision rate of the lathe has become a key issue. The main reasons for the collision of CNC lathes are as follows:

 

1. Input error of tool diameter and length; small CNC lathe manufacturer

 

2. The input error of the workpiece size and other related geometric dimensions and the positioning error of the initial position of the workpiece;

 

3. The workpiece coordinate system of the small CNC lathe manufacturer is not set correctly, or the zero point of the machine tool is reset during the machining process. Machine tool collisions usually occur during the rapid movement of the machine tool. At this time, the collision is more harmful and should be absolutely avoided.

 

Therefore, the operator should pay special attention to the CNC lathe during the initial stage of executing the program and when changing the machine tool. At this time, once the program is edited incorrectly and the tool diameter and length are entered incorrectly, collisions are likely to occur.

The operating procedure of the operator will also affect the operation of the turning-milling compound CNC machine tool. Many accidents are caused by improper operation by operators. The improper operations of the operators are as follows:

 

(1) Do not start the program at the start position. When starting the program, the tool post should be placed in the initial position to start. When starting to work, the general operator will carefully check. The fault is likely to be suspended after the start, at this time the operator did not pay attention to the inspection, resulting in a crash.

 

(2) Start the machine tool at the starting position of the tool post and the middle position of the program. This method may cause the punched tape machine tool to not remember the position of the paper tape after the pause; it is also possible that the CNC machine tool that stores the program operation does not press the "reset" button after the pause.

(3) The manual operation is abnormal. It is too slow to press the quick button to release the hand. The manual pulse generator is used to move the tool in the wrong direction, causing the tool to hit the workpiece.

 

(4) As long tools are not paid attention to, collisions are likely to occur during automatic operation and manual operation.

 

(5) The tool compensation value changes greatly. When correcting the size of the workpiece, you need to manually input the tool compensation value, which is likely to cause carelessness and cause the tool to collide with the workpiece.
