Principles of wiring of voltage electrical cabinets for CNC machine tools

Surface mounting in front of the board: When manual wiring (non-model, modular wiring), it should meet the requirements of straightness, neatness, close to the laying surface, reasonable wiring, and no loose contacts, which is easy to maintain.

1. There should be as few routing channels as possible. The sinking conductors in the same channel should be classified and concentrated according to the main circuit and control circuit. The single layers should be arranged in parallel or in bunches, and should be close to the laying surface.

2. The length of the wire should be as short as possible and can cross in an overhead horizontal direction, such as the line between two component coils and connecting the main contacts, but should not be close to the laying surface, leaving a certain margin.

3. The wires on the same plane should be uniform or consistent in height and not cross. When it is necessary to cross, it can be crossed horizontally and overhead, but it must be in a reasonable line.

4. The wiring should be horizontal and vertical, and the switching direction should be vertical 90 degrees.

5. If the upper and lower contacts are not under the same vertical line, oblique connections should not be used.

6. When the wire is connected to the terminal or column, the insulation layer, coil and exposed copper shall not exceed 1 mm. The distance between the wires of the same component and the different contacts of the same circuit is the same.

7. There should be no more than two connecting wires on the terminals of electrical components. Generally, only one connecting wire on each terminal board is allowed to be connected.

8. When wiring, it is strictly forbidden to damage the conductor core and conductor insulation.

9. When the cross-sectional area of the conductor is different, place the large cross-sectional area on the lower layer and the small cross-sectional area on the upper layer.

10. When connecting multiple wires (main circuit), the entire system should be on the same horizontal plane or the same vertical plane.

11. If the circuit is simple, the coding sleeve cannot be used.

A good cabinet will bring convenience to maintenance and repair, and a twisted cabinet will make you feel bad.
