What kind of parts are suitable for precision machining?

Customers often ask my product accuracy requirements of 1~2um, can you achieve it? Our answer is no. After all, precision machining is machining, and the machine itself will have errors. It is impossible to guarantee that every size can meet this standard. Maybe a certain position can be achieved by special secondary finishing, such as Hole or shaft. But Zhuanxin Precision generally does not promise customers lightly, we will say that our best precision is 5~10um. Instead of setting too high expectations for customers, it is better to be honest and do what we can definitely do.
